How we work

Assessment: Stone type, porosity, previous sealers, traffic and wet-area exposure are reviewed before we recommend a system. Not every product suits every stone.

Cleaning: Surfaces are carefully cleaned to remove contaminants that would block sealer penetration or cause patchy results - without aggressive methods that pit soft stone.

Sealing: Penetrating or topical sealers are selected for the stone and finish preference (natural look versus enhanced colour). Multiple coats may be applied with correct cure between layers.

Aftercare advice: We explain curing times, cleaning products that will not strip the sealer, and when a maintenance coat makes sense.

Not all stone suits every sealer - glazed or highly polished materials may not accept product well. We advise honestly during your free assessment rather than apply a system that will fail. We live by "Do it right or don't do it at all."
